In 2019, Seinäjoki Energy converted the fuel at the Hanneksenrinne heating plant from oil to biofuels.
CTI supplied the material handling line for the project. The delivery included pellet feeding equipment, hammer mills, dust transfer, and filtration. The line has a capacity of 2 x 12 tonnes per hour.
The installation phase lasted 9 months, and in addition to commissioning, we were responsible for project management and site supervision. Customer feedback on the project has been excellent, and it has led to several similar assignments.
