Our Board of Directors has appointed Juha Mäntynen as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2025.
Juha has previously served as Vice President and Head of Electrode Boiler Business at CT Industrial Oy. He brings over 15 years of experience in the energy and industrial technology sector, and under his leadership, the company has successfully expanded its business into new markets.
This appointment supports our strategic direction, which focuses on export growth, product development, and the expansion of service operations. CT Industrial Oy’s owner and Chairman of the Board, Mikko Lehtonen, will continue in the company’s operations as Head of Strategic Investments and Product Development. We want to expresses our sincere gratitude to Mikko for his long-standing and significant contributions as CEO.
