We manufacture and supply electrode boilers for the energy and process industries. Electrode electric boilers produced by CTI are built on ACME’s electrode boiler technology. Our electrode boilers are CE marked in accordance with the Finnish classification society. Boiler design and manufacturing adhere to EN 13445 and EN 12593 standards.
We professionally manage the delivery of the electric boiler system from planning to installation, and we also oversee spare parts. To ensure a long life cycle, we also provide annual maintenance if necessary.

QUICK START
The electrode boiler is renowned for its rapid power increase. A typical power increase during a hot start is approximately 60 seconds and 35 minutes when cold.
MINIMAL WATER CHEMISTRY
The ACME-CTI electrode boiler does not require fully desalinated boiler water for reliable operation. Typically, a water softener is sufficient for producing boiler water if drinking water is used as the raw water.
SPARE PARTS AND MAINTENANCE
CTI stores spare parts for electrode boilers in Finland, avoiding long delivery times, and assistance is readily available. The maintenance contract anticipates the need for spare parts and minimizes investments in spare parts.

CTI’s partner ACME was founded in 1956 and has been manufacturing electric boilers since the 1980s. ACME is headquartered in Montreal, Canada. ACME is known as a pioneer in high-voltage electrode boilers, and that is why we have chosen ACME as our partner and technology supplier.
ACME’s electrode boiler technologies can produce steam and hot water. Typical operating voltages are 10 kV and 20 kV, but the technology is also suitable for lower and higher operating voltages.

CT Industrial Oy’s long experience in renovating boiler plants, installing pipelines and equipment, electrical work and automation provide a solid foundation for supplying electrode boilers on a turnkey basis. CT Industrial’s expertise is based on strong process knowledge, heat transfer expertise, understanding pressure equipment requirements, and extensive automation and electrical design with its in-house staff. In turnkey delivery, over 90% of the required planning and installation work is conducted by CTI’s personnel. This enhances cost efficiency, flexibility, and expedites communication between the customer and the implementation organization.
Turnkey delivery can also include electricity supply (transformer, switchgear and cabling). Our experts assist in all situations and find just the right solution for all situations.
