Energy efficiency isn’t just about optimising production – it’s also about reusing materials and sidestreams. CTI develops solutions that integrate industrial and heating plant sidestreams into a sustainable energy economy.

What does this mean in practise?

Sidestream utilisation in practice means:

  • Sidestream heat recovery: Waste heat from various processes can be directed to heat recovery systems or recycled as process heat.

  • Energy reuse: Electric boilers and battery systems allow energy to be stored for later use.

  • System integration: CTI’s solutions support hybrid models – for example, combining an electric boiler with milled biofuel.

  • Environmental responsibility: Less waste, less loss – more value from the available energy.

CTI’s approach is data-driven and tailored to each customer. We always start by mapping out the customer’s systems and production processes: where waste heat is generated, where energy can be recycled, and how it can be turned into usable production energy.
